Shelvin Tan
Shelvin leads Gingervale Consultancy with nearly two decades of experience in international property marketing, sales and advisory. A graduate of the University of Melbourne, she began her career with Henry Butcher and JLL Malaysia before co-founding and serving as CEO of Red Bean Consultancy, where throughout she built an 18-year track record representing institutional investors and high-net-worth clients across Malaysia.
